About
What Shipnoted is, and who makes it
Short answerShipnoted is a changelog, feedback board and public roadmap that closes the loop from your git: customers ask, your pull request cites the request, and everyone who asked is told when it ships. It is made by Ballmac and runs at shipnoted.com.
Shipnoted in one paragraph#
Shipnoted is software for telling customers what you shipped and hearing what they want next. It gives a product a public changelog, a feedback board and a roadmap that share one set of requests, an in-app widget, AI-drafted release notes from merged GitHub pull requests, and emails that tell each person when something they asked for ships.

What makes it different#
- The loop is automatic. Requests have numbers (SN-12). A pull request that says
Closes SN-12links itself. Publishing emails the voters, once each. - Flat pricing. The entry paid plan is $19 a month and does not grow with your audience.
- It looks like your product. Ten themes, six typefaces, your accent and your own domain, light, dark or following the visitor.
- It lives in your code. Install the changelog page, popup and board as source files, or use headless React hooks.
- Honest comparisons. We say where competitors are the better fit, across twelve comparisons including Canny, Featurebase, Frill and AnnounceKit.
