Feedback and the loop

Collect requests, weigh them, and tell people when they ship.

• How the feedback loop worksEvery request has a number like SN-12; a pull request that says Closes SN-12 links to it, and everyone who voted is emailed when it ships.
• Weigh votes by revenue with verified usersSign a short token on your server and each vote carries the customer's plan and monthly revenue.
