Run an NPS survey in your app

Open Surveys and create one. Choose NPS for the classic 0 to 10 question, or a rating, a multiple choice or an open question.
Aim it#
- A group such as
plan:pro(needs verified users on Pro). - Pages where it may appear.
- A wait before it shows, and how many days before the same person can be asked again.
The preview shows the card exactly as the widget draws it. Start it when you are ready; the free plan runs one survey at a time.
Read the results#
You get the score, the spread of answers, the same score split by plan, week-by-week change and every comment. Export the answers as CSV, or send each one to your own systems with the survey.response webhook.
